Cancellation Policy

60-90 Psychotherapy or Phone Consultations:  If something comes up and you need to cancel, no worries, we just ask for a 24 hour notice for your phone appointments.  Aside from an emergency, any appointments canceled less than 24 hour notice, or without notice, will be charged the following fees,  payable before another session will be scheduled. Insurance or EAPs do not cover this.

  • First no show or late cancel- $50

  • Second no show or late cancel- $50

  • Third (or following) no show or late cancel-  $50 AND possible discharge.

Intensives:  Intensives require a blocking off of the therapist's regular schedule, and therefore any appointments cancelled less than 7 days from the intensive will be charged at 50% and less than 48 hours will be charged full price.  Insurance or EAPs do not cover this.
